Our client is an innovative company that continues to develop its technological activity. Starting historically with the development of a GED solution, it now offers a complete range of technological solutions that support the life cycle of a document (Backup, Security, Electronic Signature, Validation Workflow, etc.). To support its development, we are recruiting 1 Administrative Director for this client.
Your role:
Organization of activities within your scope and team management
Define objectives, and implement necessary management resources and tools
Develop and continuously improve procedures dedicated to your scope
Set up reporting (follow-up indicators) and internal control (risk prevention)
Hierarchically supervise your team and organize their activities
Functionally lead the teams you advise.
Administrative and legal management:
Ensure compliance with the current legal and regulatory framework
Control legal contracts (insurers, service providers, subcontractors), monitor litigation and manage the movable and immovable property
Manage the relationship and negotiate with external partners (bankers, auditors, professional organizations, and administrations)
Organize the holding of board meetings and general assemblies, and manage strategic files (mergers, acquisitions, asset disposal, etc.)
Provide legal, regulatory and economic monitoring of its sector of activity (financial, tax, social, and environmental standards).
Human Resources Management:
Ensure compliance with labour law and the collective agreement
Define and manage the social policy, and optimize management tools
Manage relations with the Social and Economic Committee
Supervise personnel administration: employment contracts, payroll, leave, and personnel files.
Your professional qualifications:
Experience in business administration in a "high-value" software solutions market in an international context
Bachelor's degree in management or computer science
15 years or more of experience
Bilingual in English and French.
