Our client is an IT company of 1500 people. It is an ESN that places its employees either internally on projects or on assignment with its customers.
Our client has 3 Business Units (business, digital, regulatory) while having finance business expertise. They are looking for a Business Analyst to join their team in France.
Responsibilities
Work on consultancy projects to determine specific client requirements, independently or as a team leader Conduct and document business requirement studies
Configure software to meet client requirements
Conduct unit and systems tests; supports System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and/or mock rehearsals
Provide continual feedback to the upper management promptly highlighting any potential issues to allow a proactive solution to be offered
Create project documentation and deliverables.
Provide training to clients
Liaise with Product Management to communicate client requirements and anticipate future business needs
Supervise and provide quality control for the work of less experienced team members
Actively participate as a pre-sales resource in the pre-project phases at customers and prospects
Proactively uncover and qualify new business opportunities with existing customers
Perform other related tasks as assigned
Skills and Requirements
Degree in IT, Business Administration or Similar
5 + years of experience in banking technology, financial or fintech environment
French Language is a MUST alongside the English skills
Willingness to move and work in France
Working closely with clients (internal and external) to deliver expected business outcomes
Implementation and conversion technology projects successfully completed
Research and analysis of client business and technical requirements
Creation of appropriate specifications, with a track record of authoring high-quality documentation
Quality management and testing procedures
Flexible and highly motivated, with the ability to perform under pressure in an agile environment
Strong written communication skills – the ability to produce presentations, project documentation, and reports
Strong verbal communication skills – the ability to discuss business solutions with stakeholders
Excellent organizational and resource management skills, with attention to detail
Ability to work effectively with client’s employees, partners, project sponsors, and bank employees at all levels
Good fit with client’s culture of customer collaboration, teamwork, and service focus – a high degree of professionalism and personal integrity.
