Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles
Grow your LinkedIn network on a daily basis
Use Net-Recrute templates when communicating with candidates
Thorough understanding of the JD both on the HR and technical sides.
Source candidates through different means (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS, Network, Referral)
Establish a good working relationship with candidates
Add all resumes on ATS by following the ATS process
Collect, assess and make the formatting of the necessary resume and/or content fixes.
Schedule calls and interviews
Conduct initial phone screens and record summary in ATS
Addressing candidate queries and assisting them with the interview process
Participate in the HR interview with the Senior Recruitment Consultant
Archive the job position on the Net-Recrute job board when the assignment is complete
KYC: research and study your clients to make a good pitch to candidates.
Requirements and skills
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience working with LinkedIn (headhunting, job posting, etc..)
1+ years of work experience in the HR field
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or similar tools
Enjoys working closely with others
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
The French language is a must
