Roles:
Understand and identify the needs of internal or customer activities in terms of organizational profiles.
Propose internal or external resources in collaboration with the domain managers to the requested profiles, both at the level of the role on the project (SPM / PM / APM, SA, SL, SM), seniority but also at the expected business, functional or technical skills.
Optimize the effectiveness of consultants’ interventions on activities.
The main mission of the department also includes the following activities:
Provide visibility of the consultants; assignments and availabilities, as well as their end of missions.
Anticipate and plan resource needs in collaboration with functional, technical domain leads, and operational/organizational areas (Prod managers, PMs, architecture, etc.)
Alert on missing skills, and areas at risk.
Coordinate with PMPS team to contract with external resources
Participate in budget forecasting and capacity management activities.

The scope of intervention concerns the staffing of internal and external EMEA Client Services consultants on all types of projects (internal and customer)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
For any type of projects (Implementation, upgrade, extension, production, internal)
Weekly review with domain managers of the open positions (client and internal projects)
Monthly review with the functional, technical and operational domains to ensure an updated resource plans (availabilities, assignments) and discuss the pipeline
Analysis of staffing KPIs (which were set up after the deployment of TP2) to ensure that staffing guidelines and recommendations are followed
Reporting to the Staffing Lead
Profile required:
5-6 years of professional experience
Good organizational skills
Communication skills
Analytical & logical approaches / analyses are necessary
Good interpersonal & relational interactions are a plus.
