This group is searching for an Energetic, Charismatic and Multitasker Sales Development Representative to be joining their team and being part of their friendly atmosphere.
Duties & Responsibilities:
First contact with the potential client: Prospection & Qualification of the lead
Contacting identified prospects via Outbound campaigns (cold calls and/or emails, ...)
Qualify leads: identify needs, present the company, the product/service, answer objections
Report every step on a CRM to better handle your prospective
Passing on qualified leads to Accounts Executives to advance them in the sales cycle, from customer meeting to closing.
The SDR will work in coordination daily with the client's different actors.
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills and rapport building including charisma, negotiation, and ability to close a deal... Especially on calls. Absolute tenacity, you never give up until you get it right!
Flexible to work long hours as demanded by projects, to multi-task HARD and to be enough greedy
Understand the requirements of different players within the supply chain industry
BA/BS degree is a plus but not mandatory, soft skills are the most important
Good Analytical, Negotiation and Problem-solving skills
Energetic, Well-organized, Self-Initiated, and a good team player
Person of values and trust (very important at the workplace)
