Our client intends to expand his business in Kuwait and acquire more market shares.
We are recruiting for him a Sales Manager in charge of the foods distributing activity to be located in Kuwait city.
Directly responsible for achieving sustainable, profitable growth for your line of products
Seek out new and manage assigned private label/contract opportunities
Take a sales hunter approach to account management – constantly seeking to expand business within the current customer base
Manage current assigned customers and brokers to achieve sales goals and objectives
Communicate with the Senior National Sales Director of Foodservice regularly concerning the progress of the strategic plan and actions needed, if any, to guarantee success
The Sales Manager will work independently with customers and with broker personnel to achieve sales and profitability
Achieve Net Sales and Margin Budget targets for the fiscal year
Develop written sales plans and strategies to capitalize on opportunities which meet/exceed the division’s sales goals
Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide business plans to address risks and opportunities
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or marketing with 10 years of experience in the food industry in a sales function
Must have strong negotiation skills
Must be able to deliver strong online sales presentations
Must be self-driven to find and present solutions
Strong leadership and managerial skills
Maintains a Good Energy Level
