Key Accountabilities & Time Allocation:
The following provides an approximate allocation of time for key accountabilities and a representative
list of duties. From time to time, this position will be expected to undertake other duties and
responsibilities as necessitated by its evolving position within the organization or the overall business
objectives of the organization.
Troubleshoot and Bug Fix (80%):
Troubleshoot software, identify root causes of problems and propose solutions
Fix software problems and test solutions prior to implementation
Document software support activities thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner
Obtain and log user feedback for the purpose of process improvement
Coordinate with other IT professionals and developers
Minor Feature Development (20%):
Generate clean and efficient code supporting the development, maintenance, and successful implementation of new minor features within our software ecosystem
Perform relevant testing to ensure that the code developed satisfies technical and functional requirements
Translate system specifications into software application code and take appropriate measures to ensure the quality of the specifications
Produce relevant documentation in accordance with standards and procedures
Provide estimates for the effort to complete a task, in order to keep accurate records related to project management
Mandatory/Technical competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or any related technical degree
Excellent understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and SQL programming concepts
Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and C#
Solid understanding of the .NET & .NET Core frameworks
Experience working with databases and writing/debugging SQL

A sense of initiative, with the ability to set priorities and follow workflows
Strong communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively by building and maintaining positive working relationships with team members across the organization
