Our client is looking for a CTO to join their team in KSA who is able to lead the technology team and drive the organization's technological vision and strategy and play a pivotal role in shaping the technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, and fostering innovation to maintain our competitive edge.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Master's degree is a plus.
+10 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, with a demonstrated track record of developing and executing technology strategies.
Technical and executive duties:
Technology Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives, ensuring technology investments drive growth and efficiency.
Solution Design: Develop comprehensive data center solutions, including architecture, layout, equipment selection, and technology stack, tailored to clients' specific requirements.
Technology Evaluation: Stay current with emerging data center technologies and trends, evaluating their potential to enhance clients' performance and efficiency.
Infrastructure Optimization: Analyze existing data center environments, identify inefficiencies, and recommend strategies to optimize resource utilization, scalability, and reliability.
Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential disruptions, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source and implement data center equipment and solutions that meet clients' needs and budgets.
Documentation: Create detailed documentation of data center designs, configurations, and recommendations for clients and internal reference.
Client Education: Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to clients, assisting them in making informed decisions.
Project Management: Lead and manage data center projects, coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure successful implementation.
