The IT Administrator will have to manage all servers, network equipment, cybersecurity, physical security and any IT infrastructure and systems on premise or on the cloud.
The job required is in Lebanon & Remotely for international branches (with travel when needed).
Operational Involvement:
• Develops and updates IT plans and budgets for the different Group companies.
• Implement IT infrastructure initiatives based on set plans across companies.
• Ensures optimal IT connectivity across the Group.
• Ensures continuous uptime and redundancy of all critical applications of the Group.
• Builds and maintains scalable, fast, redundant and secure IT infrastructure across the Group.
• Maintains Daily Back ups of all critical information, Systems and Applications.
• Supports all the teams of the company and within the Group by ensuring proper IT and equipment are in place to help them in their day to day work.
• Secures Infrastructure and Mobile End points and regularly tests against potential breaches across the Group.
• Maintains firewalls at the network edge to protect internal users and data.
• Maintains and updates a Network topology and plan for each office.
• Maintains and updates a password management tool to be stored outside the network in a safe place with company management.
• Tackles and resolves technical issues in a timely and proactive way to minimize the impact on the end user.
• Brainstorms and works cooperatively with others to produce innovative solutions.
• Refers to company policies and procedures to establish and maintain a well-structured process.
• Abides by ISO rules to ensure conformity with set procedures.
• Communicates with all companies team members for IT support matters.
• Communicates with Suppliers for IT related purchases.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Telecommunication or Computer and Communications Engineering
• Microsoft Office applications: MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel – Advanced Level
• 3 to 5 years of related work experience
• English and Arabic: Advanced Level
• French is a plus
