To facilitate its expansion within the region, they are seeking an ITSM Consultant to join their team in Riyadh.
Ability to document, build and maintain the process workflow
Setting up KPIs to measure, control and improve the ITSM process
Familiarity with banking and payments industry in addition to digital solution and technologies
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Build and generate reports for the departments to review their performance
Min. 7 years’ experience in IT service management domain (Incidents, problem and change management)
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, Computer Engineering, or similar technical related field
Good Communication skills
Proactive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset
