Our client is looking for a new Group Marketing Director with a strong IT dimension, based on their extensive expertise and experience in the field of digital transformation.

Your role :
You are the head of your department and you serve as leader of the project management staff within Marketing, including holding regular team meetings, conducting annual reviews and performance issues, and providing guidance and direction.
You lead and manage your team within your department and you will ensure that they develop their skills and lead them around projects for joint success.
You define and implement company-wide marketing standards and professés.
You develop the overall marketing strategy for the group, negotiating andsetting
effective and ambitious action plans (marketing mix, budgets, expenses, ROI,KPIs)
in order to achieve the objectives.
You develop appropriate pricing and budget information to ensure marketing products and services are profitable.
You work cross- functionally to understand the key drivers for growth andprovide
guidance for all marketing and business development activities required to
successfully achieve our plan.
You lead the operational Marketing strategy and implement promotional actions in order to increase the company's activity and growth, the brand awareness by proposing ever more effective and innovative solutions for the satisfaction of your customers (PR, trade shows, events, advertising, webinars, conferences).
You constantly monitor market developments by keeping an eye on the sector's technologies and are able to conduct quantitative and qualitative studies in order to anticipate and guide new innovative offers. You leverage an integrated approach to reinforce the brand while driving the business forward.
You drive strategic discussion of Marketing and Business Development plans and you work in synergy with the commercial, financial and operational departments and make part of the COMEX.
Master’s degree, you must have at least 10 years of experience in the same position inthe marketing of B-to-B software.
You have a proven track record of managing international teams and are used toworking in organizations with a strong international dimension.
Fluency in English is essential.
