Our client is an innovative company that constantly develops its technological activity. Previously started from the development of an EDM (electronic document management) (GED) solution, it currently offers all the technological solutions that accompany the life of a document (Backup, Security, Electronic Signature, etc.).
To support its development in France, we are recruiting a pre-sales engineer.
Your role:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be in charge of the qualification, design and development of the offer.
You will be responsible for:
Able to help qualify a sales opportunity and to talk with different audiences
Has the ability to assess a customer’s business problems and recommend appropriate solutions
Collect and analyze technical needs and define specifications
Able to adjust technical content to meet different audience knowledge and interest, and can juggle meetings with multiple audience levels
Participate in technical forums and provision of online support content when needed
Participate in deep technical meetings with customers.
Design the offer in coordination with the Pre-Sales Engineers of the Group in the same product line
Able to handle customer objections by determining the real business problem, articulating our ability to solve their problems, and finding creative solutions rather than answering “no”.
Think out-of-the-box and can document a solution and articulate the business value to a customer.
Analyze the pricing policy under the control of the Finance Department, model and perform financial analysis
Draft contracts in collaboration with the legal department
Establish a project schedule and coordinate the various resources within the company (human and material)
Build training manuals for developed applications and provide training sessions on developed applications

Financial literacy allows him to easily manipulate figures and Excel tables in the development of financial proposals.

Your profile:
The ideal candidate should have the following profile:
Masters in Business or Technology for more than 5 years of experience in the pre-sales domain
Excellent technical culture and/or experience in development and implementation of applications
Knowledge and experience in ECM solutions, collaboration tools and workflow automation solutions
Must be resourceful, self-motivated, customer focused, and able to work in a team
Possesses good presentation skills and communication skills
