The Technical Specialist of this company must perform various technical tasks in pre-sales, in deployment and in service after sale.
This position is located in Lebanon-Metn.
Responsibilities and duties:
Manage customer requests through the call center and emails,
Remotely identify hardware or software computer failures reasons,
Determine technical solutions and recommendations and communicate them to customers,
Guide the user to resolve the issue or take control of the system remotely,
Plan the shipment of equipment or spare parts and manage the shipping logistics,
Ensure the follow-up of the interventions carried out by the service providers,
Preventive monitoring of the proper functioning of the installed systems through the analysis of error logs,
Ensure the installation and commissioning of equipment on site,
Provide training on the use and functionalities of the product,
Adapt and configure the product according to the customer's needs,
Write installation and training reports.
Advanced installations and integrations :
- Installation of virtual machines,
- Complete software installations,
- Integration of modalities,
- Advanced updates.
Requirements:
Bac+3 in computer science
2 years of experience
Fluent French and English
Master Microsoft Office pack, company software, information systems, communication tools
Knowledge of computer hardware (PC, servers, printers)
Knowledge of networking and operating systems
Good communicator and a team leader.
