Our client is a company based in France that has been supporting medical experts in the digitalization, analysis and sharing of medical imaging data for more than 15 years.
The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical assistance, addressing post-implementation issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Assist with troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and providing solutions.
Ensure timely and effective communication with clients.
2. Issue Resolution:
Investigate and resolve customer-reported problems
Escalate complex issues to senior support team
3. Client Relationship:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Gather feedback, understand their needs, and proactively address concerns.
Skills:
Knowledge of Oracle database management system (DBMS)
Demonstrated acumen for understanding applications, workflow and network environments
Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Server Operating Systems
Strong oral and written French language skills
Excellent troubleshooting and problem analysis skills
Education: Bachelor degree in IT, technical field or a related field or equivalent professional diploma.
Experience: Over 5-8 years of experience in a similar role.
