Our client is a revenue generating payment and technology services that provide integrated digital payment services on a unique luxury platform that offer acquiring and processing, digital wallets, VAT refund & currency.
What you’ll be doing :
Sell new products & Services to new customers with a strong focus on Payment.
Understand merchants' business needs and define success criteria as relevant to their unique business dynamics.
Demonstrates client focus by building effective relationships with key executives and decision makers, identifying, meeting and exceeding their expectations.
Demonstrates knowledge of the client’s business and competitive landscape, and proposes solutions translating their needs into business opportunities.
Resolves account issues through escalation or delegation to appropriate management and/or technical support teams.
Closely monitors competition trends/moves and utilizes this information to produce effective sales plans and forecasts.
Partner with internal and external teams to enrol merchants in growth initiatives.
Break targets and pipeline into doable actions and set timeframes to deliver them.
Conduct deep dive analysis on issues affecting the merchant’s business performance and establish a periodic business review with the merchant that addresses key business issues.
Ensure the Company targets and objectives are the Key Focus priority.
Scout for new businesses, create and maintain productive partnership.
Analyse portfolio trends, diagnose root cause of performance and create actionable plans for operational improvements.
Deliver marketing engagements with merchants.
Report on portfolio status and performance to make portfolio value visible to internal stakeholders.
Collect all the elements for AML/KYC for the on-boarding customer process.
Who you are :
Solid Sales background and/or Equivalent Education degree is required with demonstrable records of overachieving targets
Card Payment Background required & with network in the Hospitality industry
You are required to speak fluently about the dynamic space that is Payments
Success managing dynamic account portfolios
Candidate must possess demonstrated decision making, problem solving, and negotiating skills
Self-motivated, team focused and well organized with outgoing and pleasant personality
History of effectively managing external customers and successfully working with internal teams to build new capability and implement projects assigned tasks
Show independence and flexibility in dealing with multiple complex issues
Willing to travel at a minimum of 50% of its working time
Accomplished range of skill from high-level strategic thinking to creative and detailed team leadership
Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Composed, poised and professional demeanor in all situations
Tenacity to keep issues top of mind of relevant stakeholders and conviction to make the right decisions
Ability to execute on programs and projects with minimal resources
Native French and fluent in English are essential
Flexibility as this position is mostly field-base with the requirement to go into our client’s offices as and when appropriate and required
This role requires creativity to connect with merchants in relevant, unique and personalized ways, persistence to demonstrate value to merchants for whom the strategic value of payments is not obvious and vision to understand where a merchant’s business is headed and make sure the Company is a strong part of that future.
