Our client has an exciting opportunity for a new Sales Representative UK market to sell the company's SaaS products and professional services to B2B clients. Your role : • You represent the company to grow market share primarily in UK and eventually into Western Europe. • You understand our business, product offerings, and focus industries, research and understand client business drivers and trends. • You prospect and qualify for new sales lead and schedule meetings and presentations with prospects. • You create plan, and deliver presentations on company products. • You track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly. • You communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments within the company. • You coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort. • You maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects and you develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers. • You attain or exceed quarterly/annual sales quota. You are : • You are curious and you have a knowledge of MarTech, with emphasis on content management or digital asset management. • You are highly self-motivated and you have a proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships. • You have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong verbal and written communication skills. • You have a proven ability to meet and exceed sales quota. Your profile : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. More than 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales companies. Fluent in English, other languages are a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google G-suite. What you’ll be doing : Sell new products & Services to new customers with a strong focus on Payment. Understand merchants' business needs and define success criteria as relevant to their unique business dynamics. Demonstrates client focus by building effective relationships with key executives and decision makers, identifying, meeting and exceeding their expectations. Demonstrates knowledge of the client’s business and competitive landscape, and proposes solutions translating their needs into business opportunities. Resolves account issues through escalation or delegation to appropriate management and/or technical support teams. Closely monitors competition trends/moves and utilizes this information to produce effective sales plans and forecasts. Partner with internal and external teams to enrol merchants in growth initiatives. Break targets and pipeline into doable actions and set timeframes to deliver them. Conduct deep dive analysis on issues affecting the merchant’s business performance and establish a periodic business review with the merchant that addresses key business issues. Ensure the Company targets and objectives are the Key Focus priority. Scout for new businesses, create and maintain productive partnership. Analyse portfolio trends, diagnose root cause of performance and create actionable plans for operational improvements. Deliver marketing engagements with merchants. Report on portfolio status and performance to make portfolio value visible to internal stakeholders. Collect all the elements for AML/KYC for the on-boarding customer process. What you’ll be doing : Attacking specific Retail verticals (eg Jewelry, Perfumes, TBD), with our client’s Omnichannel / Unified commerce offerings. Attacking 3 specific brands currently not in portfolio. Building, growing and scoring an entire new pipeline of opportunities based on Competitor’s portfolio. Build a network of Resellers and Prescriptors of our client’s Payments, Omnichannel and software (Unified commerce) solutions.
